Availability and delivery times
Our online store operates primarily on a made-to-order and order-based delivery basis. A significant part of our product range is therefore not permanently held in stock. Depending on the type of product, items are ordered from our suppliers, assembled, or manufactured directly by us.
For this reason, we handle every order individually. The stated availability and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the specific product, quantity ordered, current availability of components, and production capacity.
For items with longer or non-standard lead times, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date after receiving your order. For larger orders or custom-made products, delivery times and conditions may be agreed individually before the order is confirmed.
If the delivery date is important to you, we recommend checking the current availability of the specific product before placing your order. We will be happy to confirm its availability and estimated production or delivery time by email or telephone.
Shipping
We select the shipping method according to the nature, dimensions, weight, and value of the ordered goods. Smaller consignments are normally sent by parcel or courier service. Larger, fragile, or non-standard consignments may require an individually arranged shipping method.
Shipping costs may therefore vary depending on the specific order. If the price or shipping method cannot be reliably determined when the order is placed, we will arrange it individually with the customer.
If an order contains several items with different availability, we generally dispatch them together once the entire order is complete. By prior agreement, the order may be divided into several separate consignments; in such cases, shipping costs may be charged separately for each consignment.
If you have specific requirements regarding the shipping method, delivery date, or transportation of bulky or sensitive goods, you can contact us before placing your order. We will review the available options with you and propose a suitable delivery method.
Packaging
We package every consignment according to the nature of the goods to ensure that it is adequately protected during normal handling and transportation.
Fragile, sensitive, or larger products are secured using suitable protective materials. Where necessary, we use custom packaging or a dedicated shipping container.
If you have special requirements concerning packaging, transportation, personal collection, or handling of the consignment, we recommend contacting us in advance. We will be happy to clarify the available options and any additional costs by email or telephone.
Once the consignment has been dispatched, we will provide the information required to track it if the carrier offers this service.
