Payment method
The only accepted method of payment for orders placed through our online store is bank transfer.
After receiving your order, we will send you the payment details required to complete the transaction. Payment must be made to the specified bank account using the appropriate payment reference or another order identifier.
We normally begin processing orders after payment has been received or after individually agreed payment conditions have been fulfilled.
Advance payment
For standard orders, payment of the full order value in advance may be required.
Since a significant part of our product range is manufactured, assembled, or ordered individually for a specific project, the start of production or the placement of an order with our supplier may be conditional upon receipt of payment.
Payment is considered completed on the date the corresponding amount is credited to our bank account.
Individual payment terms
For larger orders, custom production, project deliveries, or long-term cooperation, payment terms may be agreed individually.
Depending on the nature of the project, these may include an advance payment, staged payments corresponding to individual phases of implementation, or payment against an issued invoice with a specified due date.
Individually agreed payment terms take precedence over the general terms stated on this page.

You will receive the specific payment details, amount due, and any applicable due date together with the order confirmation, advance invoice, or final invoice.
Please always include the correct payment identification details when making your transfer. Incorrect or missing information may delay the allocation of your payment to the corresponding order.
