Precast components

Vitality worlds and relaxation zones sometimes require components that are structurally stronger and withstand higher temperatures than standard TopSkelet. Components in a variety of custom shapes are available for these applications. They are cast from water-resistant thin-wall concrete reinforced with steel mesh. Casting in single-use molds is suitable for small-series production of virtually any shape. Precast components are used for custom steam outlets, load-bearing and decorative housings for technologies and mechanical effects requiring high strength and heat resistance. The same method also produces auxiliary ceiling- and wall-mounting elements, including openings for lights and speakers and mounts for installed equipment.
